The Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 7-Way Extension # C56080 referenced in your question is a universal product that will plug directly to an existing 7-Way RV-style connector. Unlike other fifth-wheel wiring harnesses that plug in line at the back of a factory 7-Way, this will go right to the actual 7-Way connector, so it will work with any truck that already has a 7-Way installed.
