I do have a similar roof rack system for your 2017 Subaru Legacy but the Yakima Whispbar Roof Rack System has since been discontinued in favor of the Yakima JetStream Roof Rack System. In order to mount the Yakima JetStream Roof Rack System to the roof of your vehicle you will want to use part # Y00426, part # Y28TR, part # Y06145, and part # Y06130. I have added a review video of this system for you as well.
