Fit of CIPA Clip-On Towing Mirrors Part # 7070 on 2011 Chevy Silverado

Question:
Will the CIPA model 7070 work on a 2011 Chevy Silverado truck? If not, do you have anything that will work? I have looked at the model CIPA10900 but I am getting conflicting information if they would work on my truck. Thank you

If your existing mirror has the lip for the mounting clips to attach to, the CIPA Clip-On Towing Mirror, part # 7070 will fit. If you go to the product description page for the mirror, you will see how the attaching clips hook onto the lip running around the factory mirror.
For a towing mirror that slips over the factory mirrors, I would recommend the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors, part # 10901 for the driver side, and # 10902 for the passenger side. If you are interested in these particular mirrors, I would strongly urge you to click on the provided product links. The links will take you to the product description page. Scroll down the page, and you will see a photo of the actual factory mirror that these slip-on mirrors are designed to fit over. Make sure that your factory mirrors look like the mirrors shown in the photo.
