Installation of Electric Lockout Solenoid for Brake Actuating Coupler

How does the lines hook up I know the actuator goes into the back of the master cylinder how does the return and break line hook up

For surge brake actuators, the solenoid like the Replacement Solenoid Valve for Titan Brake Actuators with Reverse Lockouts # T4748800 will allow you to bypass your brake actuator when backing up. The unit screws into the back of your master cylinder and then the brake line connects to the other end.

One wire of this electric lockout solenoid will connect to the trailer frame as a ground and the other will connect to the reverse light function wire coming from your vehicle. You can connect this by adding a 5-way connector like # HM47913 to your trailer side, and # C57187 to your vehicle side. If you have a 7-way connector, then you can just connect the solenoid to the reverse light function located in the center pin of your connector. I've attached an article to assist.
