Question:
Key snapped in roof box N123 It is now in open or closed position. I’ve tried unsuccessful to get it out. I’m about to start drilling , any tips - advice

You can try using a something small like a pin or paperclip, inserting it into the lock core and attempting to loosen the key enough to the point you can grasp it with a pair of pliers; using a spray-on lubricant may help getting the pin inside the core. If you manage to do this you can get replacement key # THKEYN123. If not you will need to have a locksmith drill out the core and replace it with # THLOCKN123. I do not recommend attempting this yourself as you may damage the housing and not be able to get a new core installed.
