The # CAB-C5G1216 will work well with your Mor/Ryde pin box without an adapter of any type. The problem though is that this does not typically give enough offset to allow a short bed truck additional turning clearance since the offset swivels when the trailer turns.
What gooseneck hitch do you have installed in the bed of your truck?
