I have a 2012 Keystone cougar 5th wheel camper and need to replace my follow leg but not sure which part I need from you to replace it

In order to choose the correct replacement follow leg, you will need to know the manufacturer or model number, which should be visible via a sticker or stamp somewhere on the landing gear. The reason for this is there may be slight differences that cause imbalance if the landing gear legs do not match.
So if you have Stromberg Carlson models # LG-2 or # LG-4 then the correct replacement follow leg would be # LG-177201. I have added a link to our page with each of our follow legs for you to take a look at.
