Do you have a picture of where the block heater gets installed on the 2003 Expedition 5.4 engine.

I checked with Kat's and for the 5.4 liter V8 you have installed in your 2003 Ford Expedition the correct cartridge location you'd need to use is on the driver side of the block at the back closest to the windshield.
