Could Bolt Cutters Cut Through Pin of Blaylock Coupler Lock # BLTL-20

Question:
For you pros - is it hard to stick the nose of a bolt cutter in and try to cut this? The chain loop is 7/8" thick and I don't want bolt cutter access?

The pin of the Blaylock Coupler Lock # BLTL-20 is 3/4 inch diameter steel. It would be difficult but somewhat possible for a set of bolt cutters to make it through.
