Hi, need chains for our trailer and truck. Trailer tire is 225/75/R15 so should this be the Item # TC1146? Under tire size does not fit, but comes up as match from search so ? Also what do you suggest for 2018 Tundra with 275/55R20, Thanks

For the tire size you listed of 225/75R15 the correct size Glacier Twist Link chains are part # TC1142. Twist links chains are great as they offer a smoother ride quality. They don't do quite as well in deep snow when compare to square link or on ice like the V-bars.
For a trailer though I would recommend going with a diamond pattern like the part # TC1553 as they offer better side to side traction over ladder style chains. With a trailer you don't want to end up locking up the tires and having it swing around in front of you so a diamond pattern would be better. Reason being it has sections of chain that point front to back on top of the tire which gives it more side to side stability.
For the same diamond pattern chain for your truck tire size of 275/55-20 you'd want the part # TC2327. This style of chain is also pretty easy to install and will last a bit longer than the Glaciers.
