What gauge of wire to power it?

I reached out to my contact at MaxxTow and the MaxxTow Off-Road Light Bar - LED - 300 Watts - Mixed Beam - 2 Row - 54-1/2" Long # MT80636 has 14 gauge wire that runs the power from the LED Bar to the relay and from the relay to the battery. I've attached a video to assist with this wiring connection.
