It sounds like you are just needing the hasp from the Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch Kit # PLR458-018-SS referenced in your question. If this is the case, you can use the Polar Replacement Hasp # PLR158-102-SS. This is a stainless steel hasp that measures 5-1/8 inches long and 2 inches wide. It has a distance of 4 inches, center to center, between the mounting holes.
