We do have everything you need to convert the electric brakes on your trailer to hydraulic drum brake assemblies. I have attached a great article that will walk you through everything that is needed to make this conversion.
For the brake assemblies themselves, we do have one kit available in the 12-1/4 x 3-3/8 size you are needing for 10,000 pound axles. The Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit # 23-410-411 includes both the Left Hand and RIght Hand assemblies and features a 7 bolt mounting flange pattern. It is compatible with 15 inch or larger wheel sizes. If you need mounting hardware you can use # BRKH122510.
In addition to the brake assemblies, you will also need a brake actuating coupler along with brake lines and flexible hoses. I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of hydraulic drum brake actuators that you can look through. You will want to choose one that has a capacity that matches or exceeds the weight of your trailer. I have also included a link that will take you to our selection of brake line kits, such as the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle # HS496-252. This kit is designed for tandem axle trailers and will let you run brake fluid from the actuator to the brakes.
