The Replacement Tube Keys for Fastway Universal Coupler Locks are sold in pairs of two therefore you will want two sets of part # FA-KEY-318 in order to obtain three "318" keys.
I spoke to my contact at Fastway and unfortunately the "2067" key is no longer produced and is unattainable. If the key is for a ball mount then you can use the Re-Keying Kit for Fastway Ball Mounts part # DTLBM02RK but if the replacement key is for a coupler lock, the only option I have for you would be to replace the lock using the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock part # FA86-0015-315. To get extra keys for the above coupler lock you will want to use part # FA-KEY-315.
