OK - so it's tough to write a review about a key, but this isn't really about the keys... Some knucklehead left the spare keys to his matching trailer locks sitting on the tongue of the trailer and headed for the lake. Wasn't fortunate enough to have them fall off in the driveway on the street in front of my house. A quick call to etrailer and a couple of days later the replacement keys were in my hands. My trailer keys were stolen out of my truck, therefore needed to a replacement key for my tongue lock in addition to others. Contacted etrailer and they were able to determine which lock I had and determine which replacement keys I needed. Customer Service was very kind professional and very helpful. Keys work perfect!
