Question:
I have a question. you installed a Gooseneck hitch in my F150 ecoboost, 2013, 4x4, heavy duty tow package earlier this year. I was planning to purchase an F250 next year, since me horse trailer it now going to be right up to the maximum amount that my truck is rated to pull. A friend suggested that I inquire to find out if the suspension on my truck can be beefed upfoot to keep the bed from lowering so much when I hitch my truck to the trailer, as this might save me from having to sell my F150 and buying an F250. do you have suggestions? is this possible?

For your 2013 Ford F-150 Ecoboost 4x4, we do have suspension enhancement available that will allow your truck to have less sag when towing your gooseneck trailer. It will not give you more towing capacity or more payload capacity, but it will assist your factory suspension to take the brunt of the load and level your truck so your headlights aren't pointed up to the sky when towing.
I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57200 which will give you the adjustability for the best ride with or without your trailer. If you want the adjustability at the push of a button, I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592. Without the compressor and gauge, you can still use the air springs, you just need to use the manual inflation valves that come with the kit and have access to compressed air before connecting your trailer for that additional support.
A more economic option without the adjustability but with the support is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504D which has zero maintenance. It is easy to install and will help support the load, absorb road shock and improve body roll stability.
