If you do not already have a ground wire running to the tail light for installing the RV Tail Light # RVSTB60 that you referenced, then that is what you will need to do.
You can take 16 Gauge Wire # 16-1-1 and connect it to the White wire on the tail light using Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector # DW05744-5. You will then need to route the wire to a clean, bare-metal surface and the ground it using a Deka Ring Terminal # DW05744-5. This ring terminal has a 1/4" inner diameter so you will just need a compatible self tapping screw like part # FA1131822.
You can route other grounds to this wire as well.
