Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch, # C11204, will fit your 2005 Honda Civic LX 4-door model. It will also fit Hybrid models. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
To complete your towing set up, the recommended ball mount is # 3593, and you can use pin and clip # PC2. For a ball, use # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). And for trailer wiring, use # 119176KIT. I have included instructions and video links for the wiring harness as well.
