Frame Adapter Bar for a Women's Bike on the Hollywood Racks Over the Top

I have a 2014 Cadillac XTS and am purchasing a Hollywood HRF2. One of our bikes is for a woman. Will I need to purchase the HRBA-PRO adapter also? Thank You: Mike Osborne

For your Hollywood Racks Over the Top 2, part # HRF2, you will need to purchase a frame adapter like part # HRBA-PRO. This helps the women's bike ride level with the ground, keeping it from contacting the ground when going up or down over curbs or hills.
I've included a video that shows how the bar helps an aggressive frame bike ride on our test course.
