Question:
How much weight can I load on top of DZ95050RTB
asked by: Yvan
Expert Reply:
According to DeeZee, you can safely load up to 300 lbs on the top of the DeeZee Custom Headache Rack part # DZ95050RTB. The rack has two integrated aluminum tie down anchors that slide along the channels which makes securing cargo on top of the rack easy. To further secure the cargo I also recommend using a set of ratchet straps like the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases part # EM34415.
I personally like the above ratchet straps as the retractable housing keeps excess strap from tangling or flapping in the wind. You can see this demonstrated in the review video of them that I have attached for you.
