The Hidden Hitch 87522 is no longer available because that brand name has been discontinued, but the identical hitch under the Draw-Tite brand name, made by the same parent company (Horizon Global) is available. That hitch is Draw-Tite part # 75081 and it is confirmed to fit on the 2003 Dodge Durango.
We also have the correct 4-pole wiring harness, part # 118334, installation of which is shown in the linked video.
