I am trying to locate a trailer hitch for a 1999 dodge Durango. Does a drawtite 75115 fit??

We do offer two different brands of 2-inch Class III rear trailer hitch for your 1999 Dodge Durango.
Curt # C13097 and Draw-Tite # 75081 are your options. Between the two I suggest the Curt for its slightly lower cost. I was not able to confirm the hitch part 75115 that you referenced.
We also offer a front-mount hitch from Curt, their # 31097; this is also a 2-inch receiver.
All hitches include the required installation hardware and instructions, which are linked for you. I did also include two helpful articles with hitch installation tips to make the process easier.
