Solution for EZ Flex Dexter Equalizer that Needs Replacement Rubber

Question:
I have EZ-FLEX #K71-653-00 with triples, the equlizers are good, just the rubber cushions are bad, can I get just the bushings? Thanks for the help

I've asked Dexter before about replacing the rubber cushions of the EZ Flexes like your # K71-653-00 and they state that the reason they don't offer replacement rubber is that if that portion of the equalizer has worn out it's time to replace the entire setup.
