Question:
Hello. I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna and need to install a hitch and 4 bike rack. I decided on Curt C18064 and Curt C13105. Two adult bikes and two child bikes. Anything I need to know about my choices? Good, bad, ugly? I chose the rack for the narrow front for the two child bikes BUT do I still need a separate bar because 3 of the bikes do not have the classic bar across the top horizontal to the ground? Thanks

There are a few things you'll want to keep an eye out for on your picks, but they are all around solid ones.
On the Curt Class III, part # C13105, you have to trim the fascia underneath the car, and you'll need something like tin snips, part # PT79ZR to do this easily. I've included our trailer hitch installation guide plus a video of our team installing the hitch on a 2004 Toyota Sienna so you can get an idea of how this process works.
For the Curt 4 Bike Premium Rack, part # C18064, you should only need an adapter bar, available as part # 64005 on the adult bike that has an alternative frame. It could be helpful to have two on hand as the kids get older, as you don't always know what will change with the bikes. I actually love this rack because of the tapered front arms.
The rack doesn't include a built in security feature, so I recommend adding the Cable Lock, part # e98891. I recommend running this through the hitch's safety chain loops, around the bikes, and through the loop on the mast of the Curt Bike Rack. This will add security to both the rack and bikes.
