Question:

I have a 2 inch hitch and a curt 18064 4-bike rack.what kind of lock can i use so i can prevent thief from getting my bike rack from my hitch? Thank you.

Manufacturers of hitch accessories such as bike rack and cargo carriers make the threaded bolts and weldnuts in the accessories uniquely threaded so that you cannot use other manufacturer's products. For example the Swagman lock # S64027 will not fit the Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches # C18064.

To lock the bike rack to the hitch I recommend using Curt Adjustable Cable Lock # C23666. You would just need to route the cable through the bike rack and then through the safety chain loops on the trailer hitch.
