I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler with a blue ox baseplate ,,,I am changing vehicles,,,Will the baseplate fit on 2017 Cherokee limited

The Jeep Wranglers and Cherokees are very different vehicles so you'd need a new base plate kit like the Blue Ox part # BX1138 since your Limited is not a Trailhawk. The Trailhawk models need the part # BX1136 instead.
