Does it work on a Thule Trailway?The bar that slides into my suvs hitch is solid not hollow?

I spoke to my contact at Thule and she informed me that the correct hitch bolt you would need for your Thule 959 Trailway would be the part # 908-1240-54.
The # F-315 does not work with the Thule racks.
