Can Two Batteries be Charged From CTEK Battery Charger?

Question:

Hi there, I have a vw van with a normal starting batt and a optima red top leisure batt that’s wired with a split charge relay, it’s a 12v system, my question is if I connect the ctek charger to the main batt will it also charge the leisure? I’m planning to leave the van sitting for the next 3 months so just want to keep them topped up. Kind regards.

The CTEK MULTI US 7002 Battery Charger # CTEK56353 can charge multiple batteries such as yours so long as they are connected in parallel. By doing so, it allows the charger to see the two connected batteries as essentially just one larger battery.
