Question:
Torque range of ALL940962 should be 30-147 ft-lbs., 20 to 99 is the range of the ALL940963 3/8 inch drive, correct?

The Powerbuilt Digital Torque Adapter part # ALL940962 is a digital torque adapter with a 1/2" drive that has a torque range from 29-147 ft/lbs. The Powerbuilt Digital Torque Adapter part # ALL940963 is a digital torque adapter with a 3/8" drive that has a torque range from 20-99 ft/lbs.
