Is it possible to put a snow plow on the above vehicle? Id love to not have to pay the plow guy this winter. ??

As long as your 2011 Jeep Compass is 4 wheel drive then yes, you can install a snowplow. If your Jeep is 2 wheel drive then we do not have a snowplow mounting kit for you at this time.
For a snowplow and mounting kit that may work for you, I recommend using the Detail K2 Rampage II Snowplow part # K2RAMP8219 with the Custom Mounting Brackets for Detail K2 Snowplows part # K284200. The snowplow has an 82" wide blade with 5 adjustable positions. The remote controlled electric winch will allow you to raise and lower the plow from inside your vehicle.
