You have come to the right place, we have a video showing the installation of a brake controller on a 2007 Toyota Tundra that will be identical to your installation.
I have also included a link to the instructions for the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller, # 90885, for you to review.
On the 2006 toyota Tundra with factory tow package you will only have to plug harness # 3040-P in under the dash and at the rear of the brake controller to complete the installation. Once installed you will need to set up the brake controller according to the brake controllers instructions.
