Will these work with Pfaltzgraff Summer breeze dinner plates?

Based on my research, it looks like the Pfaltzgraff Summer Breeze dinner plate measures right at 11 inches. I do recommend verifying this dimension with your existing plates. The Camco Stack-A-Plate Non-Slip Plate Holders # CAM43601 referenced in your question includes two different size plate holders. The larger of the two holders can fit plates of up to 10-1/4 inches, so this will be a bit small if the above dimension is correct. The smaller plate holder can hold plates of up to 7-1/4 inches.
