How tall are the plate holders. I have a overhead cabinet that's 5-1/2 inches high, are these going to fit?

I went out to the warehouse to take a look at the Camco Stack-A-Plate Non-Slip Plate Holders # CAM43601 referenced in your question. The larger of the two plate holders measures right at 3-1/4 inches in height, so they will have no problem fitting inside your overhead cabinet. The smaller holder is shorter at just under 3 inches in height.
