Replacement Klip Rings and Actuating Rod for Reese 16k Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:
I have a Reese 16K fifth wheel hitch with slide which I think was installed either summer of 2013 or Feb of 2015. I need replacement Klip Rings and a replacement Actuating Handle for the hitch as the Klip Ring holding the Actuating Handle in place keeps coming off. Could you please let me know part numbers for these and if they are available? I cant find a model or serial number for the hitch. The only number I can find is embossed on the pivot beam CMRI 30565 REV 1. Ive attached a couple of pictures of my hitch.

I believe what you are asking for is the Replacement Klip Rings for Reese and Draw-Tite Fifth Wheel Hitches # 58054 along with the Replacement Actuating Rod for Reese and Draw-Tite Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches # 30579. These parts are compatible with your Reese 16K sliding 5th wheel hitch.
