Bow Roller Recommendation to Fit 4 inch Roller that is Too Long

Hi , it seems I have 4” bow roller installed in a 3 1/2” wide bracket ... the boat came with this installed and it never rolled ... what should I purchase to make this fuction correctly ? Also the bells on the ends are quite deformed , is this normal ? Thanks for your time ... Regards ,

Looks like you have the part # YR450BLK-400BLK installed and are needing the next size down which happens to be the part # YR300BLK-325BLK. This fits the same 1/2 inch diameter shaft but is 1 inch shorter than what you have.
Your bell ends being deformed would not be a good sign.
