I have a dump trailer with a tire that is a Jing Lun BCT JM32 7.50OR16C, is there a replacement tire for that with a heavy load rating?

The heaviest load rating 7.50-16 size tire that we have is the Kenda Light Truck Tire K391M # AM10430. This has a load range of F (3,197 lbs at 91 psi) and fits 16" x 6" size wheels.

Since you will be using this on a trailer and this product is for a Light Truck I highly recommend either finding a direct replacement for you current tire, or changing all of your tires out for a similarly sized tire that has a diameter close to the 31.8" of the Kenda # AM10430. The reason for this being that trailer tires have a sidewall that is more stiff and can accommodate heavier loads much better than the flexible passenger vehicle tires.

The heaviest rated tire that we have in a similar diameter is the Taskmaster Provider # TTWPRG235R16. This tire has a load range of G (4,400 lbs at 110 psi), fits 16" wheels, and has a diameter of 31.73" making it almost identical to the previously mentioned tire as far as diameter goes. At 9.25" it does have a wider section width. You will want to make sure that this is compatible with your dump trailer.
