For a set of custom install brackets from Curt that are a confirmed fit we have the part # C16444, or if you need the rails as well you'd need the part # C16444-204 instead as that comes with everything you'd need.
I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
The bracket kit you mentioned fits older Rams but not yours.
