Recommended Anti-Rattle with 2 U-Bolt Design to Limit Vertical and Horizontal Movement

I was riding last weekend and saw a motorcycle hitch carrier that had a clamp on it to stop movement of the carrier in the receiver. It had two U clamps, one was 90 degrees from the other. The guy mention he got it from you but I cant seem to find it on your website. Can you help out from my description?
