We have fenders for the Roadmaster dolly RM3477 that you mentioned that are custom fit and have the lighting already installed.
For that you'd want the part # RM-922004 for the driver side and the part # RM-922005 for the passenger side.
Dimensionally the part # HP36VR could probably work though.
