I was trying to find definition of Bed Cargo Management System, with tonneau covers. I am purchasing a F-150 6 1/5inch Laredo and trying to find the best cover.

The bed cargo management system that a Ford F-150 would have is a rail system that runs around the bed of the truck underneath the top bedrails that is basically a channel that allows for accessories to mount.If you look under the bed rails of your truck you'll know pretty easily if you have it or not.
The part # BAK48327 that you referenced is a fit for if your truck did not have that system.
Whether you have the system or not part # RT60374 is a retractable style tonneau that will fit and work well. This is one of the best covers available for your vehicle with # RT80377 being the powered option with aluminum construction.
