What is the length of the twin tubes? Overall length?

The Lets Go Aero Flat Pipe Spine w/ 2" Shank for TwinTube Platform Cargo Carriers # H01373 has twin tubes that are 25 inches long. The overall length of the part is 40 inches when you measure from shank to the end of the tubes. I've attached a photo to assist.
