2009 Chevy Silverado Brake Controller Wiring Colors

Question:
I have a 2009 Chevy Silverado and I have a question as to the wiring setup to install a brake controller. I found the tag under the dash that is labeled with the colors per your install video, except for the colors of the actual wires dont all match up. Instead of a light blue/white as per the tag its more of a light green with a yellow stripe. Also, there is no white wire per the tag, and its more of a pale yellow wire. Any clarification would help a lot.

You would need to go by the wiring color guide you have found on your truck. Sometimes we see vehicles use different wire colors than what they commonly will use for a variety of reasons, but since your brake controller wiring comes with a list of how the colors wire up that's what you would use.
On the P3 part # 90195 the blue wire is brake output, white is ground, black is power for the controller, and white is ground.
