Question:
My Sprinter tires are 215/85R-16. Will chains fit if they are specified for 215/85-16, such as the Glacier H2819SC? Does the Rinch make a difference?

The R in the tire size designates that it's a radial construction tire and does not affect the fit of the tire chains.
The part # PWH2819SC will fit your tire size 215/85R-16 just fine.
