Are There Temperature Ratings for Andersen Wheel Chocks?
Updated 10/23/2017 | Published 10/21/2017 >
Question:
Purchased these from eTrailer. Probably the second best investment a person can make. Id like to use these throughout the cold winter season storing the RV outside, -20F degree temps. I cant find anything that specifies if these are going to be damaged at these temperatures for an extended period of time. Anyone have any experiences down these lines? I think they would be a nice fit if they can hold up in the seven months of winter. The tires would be off the ground and of course covered. Seems like a better idea than just using plywood and 2x4s.

I spoke with a representative of Andersen, who said that there was not a temperature rating for wheel chocks # AM3604, but that you should be able to use them without worry. He said that he had never heard of a customer or dealer ever having an issue with these chocks due to temperatures.
