Will the Replacement Cam Lock Cylinder for RVs # 295-000004 Rotate 360 Degrees

Question:
My current locks have a removable washer in the end that determine movement and stops the key from rotating 360 degrees. Is there something internal that stope the key from turning 360 degrees? Need to make sure before purchase. Thanks

I went out to the warehouse and checked the Replacement Cam Lock Cylinder for RVs # 295-000004 that you referenced and the keys will only rotate 90 degrees. They will not rotate a full 360 degrees like your current locks do.
