Best option would be the trailer hitch part # C12038 which is a fit for your 2004 Subaru Forester, but you'd need to verify that your vehicle has the capacity for the pontoon boat. The hitch by itself has a 3,500 lbs capacity.
For trailer wiring you'd need the part # C55370 which is a confirmed fit.
For a ball mount part # C45503 and then hitch balls # A-82 for a 2 inch ball or part # A-80 for 1-7/8 inch ball.
