Question:

I have a Chrysler TandC 2008 and I plan to install an Air Lift Helper spring kit AL60814. I looked at your Dodge 2009 and 2010 installation videos and I see that you drill holes through the upper spring seats on the 2009 but not on the2010. I think that they have the same upper spring seats, so why the extra work on the 2009, I dont know if it is better for the hose routing but it seems a lot easier with the 2010 procedure. By the way, the instructions in your 2010 video are very well presented and easy to understand. Thank You.

The Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs part # AL60814 is the same kit that is used on a 2008, 2009, and 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. Therefore, the installation process between vehicles will be nearly identical. In regards to the installation of this kit on your 2008 Chrysler Town and Country, the upper spring seat hole will need to be enlarged to a 1/2" diameter in order for the airline to reach the cylinder.

To install the springs on your Town and Country, you will need a 1/2" drill bit like part # PTW8589 and an air line cutter like part # AL10530.
