The only spare tire carrier we have for that size wheel is the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening - 2" Hitches # RM-195225. This will fit wheels from 16-24-1/2 inches and is compatible with all wheel bolt hole patterns. This carrier has a really nice tilt function that allows you to get the tire on and off the carrier easily and also will allow you access behind the carrier without removing it from the hitch.
The Draw-Tite 6715 will only fit bolt patterns up to 8 on 6-1/2 inches and total weight of 100 lbs.
