To replace just the motor for your 12000 lb Bulldog single-speed jack (like # BD182815) you will just need motor # BD1046130-00. I've attached a video of the motor being installed for your convenience.
To replace the dual-output motor for Bulldog electric 5th-wheel landing gear (like # BD500161), use part # BD500359.
