I reached to RAM who makes the Square 2-Speed Jack w/ Crank # TJD2SP-12000SP-F you referenced, and confirmed that the high gear ratio is 6.43 handle revolutions per inch of travel, and the low gear ratio is 22.86 handle revolutions per inch of travel.
The high gear will be roughly 3.5x faster than a standard single speed jack with the same 10000lb lift capacity and 12000lb support capacity.
